ABOUT THE FILM
This video is to represents the time just before Christ washes the feet of his disciples. Obviously not straight from the Bible, but a representation of events that probably happened before he washed their feet. He prepares himself to serve his disciples. His last lesson before he is betrayed, arrested and taken to the cross. If you know this part of the Bible, you also know that Jesus even washes the feet of Judas Iscariot, the man who would betray him later that evening. But still He washed his feet. It is a powerful message of others before self. The transition for modern times to past is to illustrate that we should all be prepared to consider others before ourselves in our daily lives.

THE CREATION
This idea was a mad dash to completion. Shane Reed, the Media Director at Brookwood Baptist Church in Shreveport, had come up with this great idea for a creative sermon illustration. We didn't realize that we were greenlit until a week before. Thus, we started production two days after the go-ahead. We cast the film and made some rewrites to the script the first day of the production and the second day was principle photography. We went seven hours straight because Luke and I had to drive back to Ruston for school the next day. We edited remotely and ended up getting it done two days in advance when... guess what... a change had to be made in the dialogue. Shane re-recorded the narration and sent it to me via email and I re-dubbed the track and sent it out for a final finish just one day before the screening. Whew... go team!
